Oh, the glory that is a day where there are no plans.  I can say that this morning before we move on to eventually make plans to fill the free time today.  With the weather being as hot as it has been the last few days, I would like to think relaxation by or in the pool with the dogs would make the cut.  In order to earn that bit of relaxation there is some work to do, so I must get that out of the way first.  While I am off to do that, check out what I learned/thought of this week!

Random thought #1 – There just has to be a look of shame on my face after I burn the roof of my mouth on that first bite of pizza.  Apparently doing that numerous times in my life has not made me any smarter about it.

Random thought #2 – The other day I saw a truck pulled over to the side of the road so the man could take a (rather big) turtle off the pavement and point him back in a safer direction.  I already liked the people there, but that made me even more satisfied that I do all of my pool related business at Bud Mudd’s.

Random thought #3 – I would like to send a message to the person walking a small dog that is not as large as my cat.  Feel free not to take up the entire sidewalk as I am running in your direction so I can get by you without going off-roading!  If running clotheslines were not frowned upon I might be able to get the message across without this plea.

Random thought #4 – You find a lot of interesting things and previously unknown places when you get out of your car and walk around a bit.  Of course there eventually comes a time when you are sick of walking as well.

Random thought #5 – Though the concept of it is still often initially appealing, I am finding more and more that the “all you can eat whatever” really just means that I will end up feeling ill for a majority of the day.
