You can taste the wondrous creation (and have a great dinner) if you will be in New York City tomorrow and bring along your credit card (because it will cost you). Chicha was something that I had seen many times on the Travel Channel (Bourdain and others). It was also a topic of discussion at work as we tried to decide if we would drink such a thing. It was very exciting to have this video passed along to me showing that Dogfish Head is making their own version of the traditional brew. It doesn’t look like I will get to try it unless I make a trip to Delaware, but I would love to if the opportunity ever comes. Would you drink it?

The taste of bacon without the Cholesterol……I’m about to cash in my 401K to buy me some of that!
